1 can black beans drained
1 can of garbanzo beans drained
Fresh cilantro (much as you like)
Bell pepper ( yellow orange or red) bell pepper
Green scallops onions
1 to 2 ripe small avocado (diced)
1 can black olives 


1 or 2 medium cucumber(s) diced or sliced 


1/2 or 1 container of grape tomatoes 


1 to 2 lemons 


 (fresh juice)
Raw sunflower seeds
[Mix all ingredients together. The fresh veggies add as much or less that you want. Be creative, make this salad colorful 


 and have fun making it. Great meal for hot weather. I like eating organic sesame corn chip with it.)
